It's about the excitement we feel when we discover a Zinfandel new to us or taste a barrel sample from the latest vintage of one of our favorite wineries. "Zin in Paradise" also reflects the personalities of Zinfandel--bold and celebratory, independent and unpretentious, refined and elegant, versatile and diverse.  Chef Gannon is one of the proprietor of Maui’s world famous Hali`imaile General Store. The accomplished chef and cookbook author is probably the most well-known chef in Hawaii. Chef Beverly has won accolades and awards from magazines and organizations not only across Hawaii but internationally as well. She was a James Beard nominee for Best Chef in 2004 and has been voted “Best Chef in Hawaii” numerous times. She is also the Consulting Chef for Hawaiian Airlines. A world traveler with a keen palate and a genius with ingredient combination, Chef Gannon will surely entertain you with the warmth of aloha that Chef Beverly has embraced throughout her career.

ZAP's Zinfandel Festival is an internationally recognized series of tasting events. Renown as the premier single-varietal tasting in the world, an estimated 275 wineries and over 10,000 attendees partake in the four days of Festival events. The ZAP Zinfandel Festival is held exclusively in San Francisco, and traditionally is a sell-out.
