Winemaker Tasting Notes:	This is the second Alderbrook bottling of an old-vine Zinfandel from this specific vineyard. Three Goose Zinfandel is a part of our vineyard designated Zinfandel wines that we began making in the 2004 harvest. This particular vineyard location is home to not only extraordinary old-vine Zinfandel but a trio of happy geese also flourishes at this site. It is in tribute to our fowl friends that we name this wine Three Goose. The wine boasts blackberry and cracked pepper notes associated with the Dry Creek appellations. A smooth entrance, well-structured tannins and a long graceful finish complete the wine.
