This is an elegant blend of three very unique Sonoma County vineyards. It is big and jammy with upfront aromas of black cherry and spice, the pallet shows hints of blackberry while the finish is of dark chocolate and nice acidity. This multi-dimensional wine shows big fruit, but is balanced by earth overtones and brambly spice. Great by itself, but pairs well with almost anything off the grill and shortbread with cream for dessert.
