A husband and wife team--as well as an American and French winemaking team--Dashe Cellars specializes in Dry Creek and Alexander Valley Zinfandels. Michael Dashe, former assistant Winemaker at Ridge Vineyards between 1990--1998 started making Dry Creek Zinfandel under the Dashe label in 1996. His wife, Bordeaux-trained Anne Dashe, is an integral part of the winemaking and blending process at Dashe. Together, they make lush, richly-textured wines.
