ZAP's 19th Annual Zinfandel Festival
January 28 - 30, 2010
"Zin in Paradise" reflects our enthusiasm for America's Heritage Wine--Zinfandel. It's about the excitement we feel when we discover a Zinfandel new to us or taste a barrel sample from the latest vintage of one of our favorite wineries. "Zin in Paradise" also reflects the personalities of Zinfandel--bold and celebratory, independent and unpretentious, refined and elegant, versatile and diverse. Zinfandel's true nature is sure to reveal itself to you during the three days of Zinfandel events.

Voted 2009 Best Chef by The Maui News
"Just like the late, great Julia Child—Beverly Gannon is a masterful chef who has risen like cream to the top of a male-dominated industry. In her younger years, Beverly graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Europe—same as Julia.
These days she excels at anything from appearing on national TV programs to penning a new cookbook to catering a party for 5,000 people..."

Chef Gannon in her own words
“I’m a big fan of California Zinfandel and look forward to being a part of the Festival. The worlds of great wine and great food have been fusing for some time, so ZAP’s Zin in Paradise theme gives me the chance to expand the boundaries of Hawaiian cuisine with the pairing of world-class Zinfandels.”
