Seminar and Tasting hosted by winemakers served outside on patio - reception style. Winemaker Dinner to follow in private dining room

Winemakers' discussion on Zinfandel styles and trends with ample tasting opportunity.
Cost for Seminar & Tasting only is $60 per person.
 Winemakers Dinner 6:30 - 8:30 pm
A 5 course pairing menu including Zinfandels from all four participating wineries. Enotria's Executive Chef, Pajo Bruich, will describe the food pairings while the winemakers will talk about the Zinfandels that go with each course.
Cost for Seminar & Tasting with Winemakers Dinner is $175 per person.
